  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided (return shipping costs may apply)

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will:

  • Process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Issue the refund to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Notify you via email once the refund has been processed

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
